Bilingual Customer Service Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support as a Contact Center Agent and Parts Order Desk Administrator
• Respond to inbound calls from healthcare professionals regarding technical support or onsite service
• Process and monitor customer parts orders from the Parts Order Desk queue
• Schedule and dispatch Field Service Engineers for onsite service support using ServiceMax
• Prepare and send billable quotes and track purchase orders
• Support after-hours, weekend, and statutory holiday requirements in Reactive Planner and Quotation Administrator roles
• Maintain a shift schedule of 7 AM - 3 PM with flexible hours as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, contact center support, or parts ordering
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal)
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ServiceMax, Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM systems
