About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support as a Contact Center Agent and Parts Order Desk Administrator
- Respond to inbound calls from healthcare professionals regarding technical support or onsite service
- Process and monitor customer parts orders from the Parts Order Desk queue
- Schedule and dispatch Field Service Engineers for onsite service support using ServiceMax
- Prepare and send billable quotes and track purchase orders
- Support after-hours, weekend, and statutory holiday requirements in Reactive Planner and Quotation Administrator roles
- Maintain a shift schedule of 7 AM - 3 PM with flexible hours as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, contact center support, or parts ordering
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ServiceMax, Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM systems
