About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support and build solid relationships with customers and the sales team
- Perform accurate on-time order entry with a 24-hour turnaround time
- Ensure order precision regarding products and pricing
- Inform customers via email regarding order numbers, unit prices, inventory levels, and shipping dates
- Support customer service inquiries via email and phone regarding tracking, pricing, and product information
- Collaborate on cross-functional tasks as required
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and oral French and English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Good working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Genesys, Cloud, and Oracle is an asset
