Bilingual Customer Experience Associate I

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding tolling and administration via telephone, email, and web-based applications
• Identify customer needs to provide complete and accurate information
• Process required transactions using mainframe or web-based applications
• Submit concise and accurate research requests
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company programs, policies, and technology
• Communicate with customers in a warm, empathetic, and professional manner
• Adhere to all confidentiality requirements and data privacy laws

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a Customer Service Skills assessment
• Ability to work onsite in Bakersfield, CA
• Ability to commit to 100% attendance during the 5-week paid training period

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
