About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with payments, equipment returns, and service changes
- Handle live chats and phone calls to address billing inquiries and account questions
- Perform basic troubleshooting tasks for Blue Stream Fiber products
- Communicate customer concerns and feedback to leadership
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
- Work onsite during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of related customer service experience
- Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
- Ability to multitask between multiple computer systems and databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use active listening and empathy

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
