About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for consumers, suppliers, retailers, and employees
  • Manage inquiries through various channels including phone, email, fax, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Register contact details accurately into ticketing applications
  • Provide timely and professional responses to requests and information inquiries
  • Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established company procedures
  • Perform moderately complex administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (specifically via phone and email)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both spoken and written)
  • Strong digital literacy with the ability to navigate websites and databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a contact center environment
