About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls for current and potential customers
  • Answer questions about products and services and take payments
  • Verify and update customer account information
  • Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly customer service metrics
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a service-related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
