About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls for current and potential customers
- Answer questions about products and services and take payments
- Verify and update customer account information
- Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly customer service metrics
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a service-related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
