Responsibilities
- Manage nanny applications and conduct telephone interviews
- Perform face-to-face interviews for bilingual nannies
- Manage and support the nanny network
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bac +2 degree
- Experience in recruitment (preferred)
- Experience working with children (e.g., childcare, nursery, or animation)
- Strong telephone skills and commercial mindset
- Proficiency with IT tools
