Bilingual Contact Center Rep III, Direct Investing

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by managing advice, service, and inquiries promptly and effectively
• Identify customer needs and determine solutions to problems, particularly regarding digital banking products
• Offer comprehensive product knowledge and guidance related to direct investing and financial services
• Complete a broad range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate internal Bank partners
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with relevant rules, regulations, and the Bank Code of Conduct
• Contribute to business objectives through operational excellence and process improvement participation

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in French and English
• High School diploma or Undergraduate degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or financial environment
