Bilingual Community Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building
• Conduct resident outreach and surveys to identify community needs
• Coordinate after-school and teen programs including homework assistance
• Facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local service providers
• Plan and facilitate community-building events
• Provide information and referrals to community resources and nonprofit partners
• Support food distribution needs and manage food bank partnerships
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns
• Collect and submit program outcome and social impact data
• Manage program budgets and utilize funds for contractors

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required
• 4 years of experience in multi-family housing or social services, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Services
• 1 year of experience in after-school programs or educational settings
• Experience serving diverse populations with cultural competency
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, and Concur
• Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and current automobile insurance
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
