About the Company

Project Access provides programs and services to over 27,000 children, families, and seniors living in affordable housing communities across the country. We strive to empower residents through onsite services, aiming to create pathways for self-reliance and personal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Implement core programs across Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building
  • Conduct outreach and survey resident needs through community engagement
  • Coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs including homework assistance
  • Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers and nonprofit partners
  • Plan and facilitate community-building events
  • Provide residents with information and referrals to community resources
  • Support food distribution needs and maintain food bank partnerships
  • Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door and digital engagement
  • Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns
  • Collect and submit program outcomes and social impact data

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, or education preferred
  • Ability to build relationships and engage residents in a community setting
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook)
  • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and current automobile insurance
  • CPR & First Aid certification (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, or Community Development
  • Experience with Salesforce, Canva, or Adobe Acrobat
