Bilingual Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage internal communication channels for the Satellite Systems division
• Execute communication strategies to support business activities and division goals
• Draft and review content for various channels, including the intranet, external blogs, newsletters, and digital screens
• Collaborate with graphic artists to create compelling visual content
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate deployment with internal and external teams
• Plan and support the organization of presentations, events, and community activities
• Monitor content performance using analytics and develop reports to inform future strategies

Requirements

• 5 years of communications experience, preferably in high-tech or publicly traded sectors
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
• Impeccable written and spoken fluency in both English and French
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level
• Must pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with local and global teams using diplomacy and tact
• Understanding of social media and audience engagement strategies
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Skills in photography, videography, or visual editing
