About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient counseling services to adults, children, adolescents, families, and groups using the Triple Aim framework.
- Develop therapeutic relationships and implement appropriate clinical interventions.
- Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning using evidence-based practices.
- Manage clinical documentation, including charting progress and maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Coordinate services in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.
- Monitor and follow up on client needs and submit required monthly service reports.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field (e.g., MA, MC, MSW).
- Valid Arizona license in good standing (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LAC).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to serve the primary patient population.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to meet company driving policies.
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (or ability to obtain one within 7 days).
- Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience treating co-occurring disorders.
- Experience with Domestic Violence (DV) groups or treatment.
- Previous experience in behavioral health (new graduates will be considered).
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records, specifically NextGen.
