Bilingual Clinical Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical supervision through regular home and community visits, observing DPP sessions and offering real-time feedback and coaching
• Ensure DPPs are delivering interventions aligned with the Positive Development model and clinical treatment plan
• Conduct comprehensive in-person clinical assessments to evaluate developmental, behavioral, and relational functioning
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans consistent with PD’s model and payer requirements
• Deliver regular family coaching and education sessions to strengthen caregiver capacity
• Complete all required clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and supervision logs

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Services Field (MFT, MSW, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in developmental, behavioral, or autism services
• Experience providing field-based supervision and interdisciplinary case management
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation for frequent home and community visits
