Bilingual Client Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Promptly contact clients upon receiving live transfers from the intake department
• Schedule treatment appointments within 24 hours and follow up to confirm attendance
• Request and file police reports, initiate claims, and send Letters of Representation to insurance companies
• Maintain organized case files for 2-3 weeks to ensure efficient completion of actions
• Effectively communicate and promote the firm's services to all clients

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
• Strong track record in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• 2 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems
