Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for pharmacy clients to understand business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Optimize the utilization of Kroll and other pharmacy management solutions through best practices
  • Deliver outstanding service to ensure a seamless customer experience for pharmacy professionals
  • Provide strategic insights and gather customer feedback to inform continuous product improvements
  • Develop and execute solutions that enhance pharmacy operations, patient safety, and compliance
  • Empower pharmacy teams by providing advanced support to maximize daily workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales teams to drive impactful results

Requirements

  • Experience in pharmacy operations and pharmacy technology
  • Strong working knowledge of Kroll and other pharmacy management systems
  • Specialty Pharmacy experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and oral)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
