Bilingual Childcare Staff

Responsibilities

• Tend to children’s general care needs, including providing meals and snacks
• Assist children with hygiene practices such as diaper changing and hand washing
• Interact with children through play, music, arts, crafts, and physical activities
• Perform light upkeep of rooms, including wiping down toys and surfaces
• Provide customer-facing support including greeting guests and restocking supplies
• Adhere to all childcare and guest policies

Requirements

• Written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English
• 2-3 years of experience as a babysitter, nanny, educator, or daycare employee
• Professional experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to stand for 5+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays from March through November
• Ability to pass extensive background checks and fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood education, human development, or nursing
• Infant, child, and adult CPR Certifications
