Bilingual Campus Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Attract, assess, and hire co-op and intern candidates to build a future talent pipeline for the Quebec site
• Develop and maintain relationships with key universities and colleges across the country
• Identify hiring needs and effectively match candidates with appropriate roles
• Participate in the creation and implementation of staffing strategies to ensure a qualified and diverse candidate pool
• Conduct efficient interview processes and drive the offer process in collaboration with the HR team
• Promote the MDA Space employer brand and provide an excellent candidate experience
• Lead campus recruiting initiatives, such as ambassador programs, to enhance the co-op experience
• Drive the conversion of co-op students into permanent, full-time employees

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-tech environment
• Full bilingualism in French and English is required
• Ability to acquire and maintain Controlled Goods clearance and Reliability security clearance
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and consultative skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based out of the Montreal office
• Willingness to travel occasionally for campus events across Quebec and Canada
