Bilingual Buyer

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely supply of raw materials, supplies, tools, and consumables
• Seek competitive alternatives for raw materials and supplies meeting quality requirements
• Manage plant supply inventory, including all raw materials for production lines
• Execute domestic and international purchasing, including quotes, price validation, and order placement
• Track shipments and validate documentation for correct material reception
• Support the preparation of MOH and materials in transit reports
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for inventory control based on sales projections
• Issue monthly reports regarding inventory, backlog, and backorder

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Global Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of purchasing policies and administrative requirements
• Advanced English proficiency
