Bilingual Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for the Washing Machine category, including long-term roadmap development, business case creation, and market positioning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Marketing to execute product launches and enhancements.
• Evaluate market opportunities through in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
• Own pricing strategy, promotional direction, and margin management to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Develop and manage go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, messaging, and training content.
• Monitor post-launch product performance and lead corrective actions to address issues or capitalize on opportunities.
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and global counterparts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or strategic marketing within consumer electronics or high-tech industries.
• Proven success managing end-to-end product lifecycles and P&L or margin accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is strongly preferred for collaboration with global headquarters.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
