Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with company policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications using specialized equipment
• Clean and maintain store equipment and visual standards
• Assist in making deliveries as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on product features and suggest ways to improve sales

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
• Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
