Bilingual Area Manager LA&C

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business consultant and strategic advisor to assigned franchisees in Southern Florida.
• Analyze market performance using company systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Diagnose operational challenges and guide franchisees in executing action plans to drive profitable growth.
• Lead recurring business routines, including monthly performance reviews and KPI discussions.
• Ensure consistent execution of approved operational standards, food safety processes, and brand guardrails.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, and Supply Chain teams to support franchisee success.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in restaurant operations, franchising, or multi-unit environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee management.
• Full fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Ability to travel up to 33% and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a franchise system, specifically within a QSR brand.
• Proficiency with data management tools, Smartsheet, or SQL.
• Experience building executive-level presentations and dynamic action plans.
