Bilingual Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business consultant and strategic advisor for assigned franchisees to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze market performance using company tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across labor, operational execution, and financial metrics.
• Diagnose operational challenges and guide franchisees in developing actionable plans to improve operating productivity and brand standards.
• Lead recurring business routines, including monthly performance reviews and KPI discussions, to reinforce accountability and capability development.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to support franchisee growth and system initiatives.
• Ensure consistent execution of approved operational standards, food safety processes, and brand guardrails.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in restaurant operations, franchising, multi-unit environments, or business consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing employees.
• Full verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 33% and a valid passport for international travel.
• Ability to drive an automobile for operator visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a franchise system, specifically within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand.
• Experience with Smartsheet, AI-enabled platforms, or data management tools.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
