Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
• Assist customers by answering questions and resolving account-related inquiries
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions while following company policies and procedures
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Meet quality, compliance, and productivity goals
• Represent Oportun's values in every customer interaction

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must currently reside in León, Guanajuato
• Available to work full-time, including rotating shifts and weekends
• Intermediate computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Minimum education: Middle School

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Call Center, Sales, or Collections
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
