Bike Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Build, tune, and maintain customer and rental fleet bikes
• Provide high-quality customer service and assist with product selection
• Manage service work orders and schedule repairs
• Maintain rental bike fleet and shop cleanliness
• Communicate repair and warranty part needs to the manager
• Assist with bike sales and floor duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years previous bike mechanic experience
• Proficient with modern drivetrain systems (Etap, DI2)
• Proficient knowledge of major hydraulic braking systems
• Knowledge of suspension diagnosis and service
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
