Responsibilities

• Assemble bicycles, bike components, and install accessories according to specifications
• Assemble car racks and other large accessories as needed
• Inspect assembled bikes to confirm they meet quality and safety standards
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs during the assembly process
• Test bicycles for functionality and stability before final approval
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace
• Report issues or defective parts to the supervisor promptly
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Work with suspension and hydraulic systems

Requirements

• Positive, pitch-right-in attitude with customer engagement skills
• Affinity for bicycles and the cycling industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions
• Physical ability to lift and move bicycles and equipment up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior bike mechanic experience
