About the role
Responsibilities
- Own laser print telemetry business insights, from problem framing and metric definition to executive-ready recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements and define critical KPIs
- Provide consultative support and ad hoc analyses with clear hypotheses, methods, and documented assumptions
- Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to improve data reliability and align on telemetry instrumentation
- Investigate data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate remediation paths
- Design and maintain measurement frameworks for adoption, usage, retention, and funnel analyses
- Create clear narratives through written summaries and presentations to highlight trends and risks for leadership
- Enable self-service analytics by documenting dashboards and coaching users on KPI interpretation
Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 4-7 years of experience in data analytics, database management, or statistical analysis
- Proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions) and Python or PySpark
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Strong knowledge of applied statistics, including sampling and confidence intervals
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Programming language certifications in SQL or Python
- Experience with Databricks and VSCode
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management
