About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own laser print telemetry business insights, from problem framing and metric definition to executive-ready recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements and define critical KPIs
  • Provide consultative support and ad hoc analyses with clear hypotheses, methods, and documented assumptions
  • Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to improve data reliability and align on telemetry instrumentation
  • Investigate data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate remediation paths
  • Design and maintain measurement frameworks for adoption, usage, retention, and funnel analyses
  • Create clear narratives through written summaries and presentations to highlight trends and risks for leadership
  • Enable self-service analytics by documenting dashboards and coaching users on KPI interpretation

Requirements

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 4-7 years of experience in data analytics, database management, or statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions) and Python or PySpark
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
  • Strong knowledge of applied statistics, including sampling and confidence intervals
  • Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Programming language certifications in SQL or Python
  • Experience with Databricks and VSCode
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management
