Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and core code development of real-time data warehouses.
• Build stable and efficient real-time data pipelines to support high-performance trading.
• Manage data integration across internal business systems and external data sources such as GA and AF.
• Design and provide high-availability real-time data services and APIs.
• Build and maintain real-time monitoring systems, including alerting mechanisms and exception handling SOPs.
• Support core business and application requirements by deeply understanding derivatives trading workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of big data development experience with a solid foundation in real-time computing.
• Proficiency in Alibaba Cloud streaming architecture, specifically Flink and Kafka, with a deep understanding of their underlying principles.
• Proven ability to handle high-concurrency, low-latency trading data and optimize real-time data links.
• Expertise in using and tuning real-time data warehouse/analytical engines such as Hologres.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently manage the full lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, specifically focusing on derivatives or contract trading.
• Experience working with traditional financial matching engines.
