- Participate in Big Data and Business Intelligence projects
- Design and develop Data Warehouses using the AWS EMR stack
- Implement Star and Dimensional data modeling
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Big Data development
- Proficiency with Big Data stack: Java, Scala, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Shell Script, EMR, Step Function, Lambda, Glue, Sqoop, and Flume
- Experience with structured and semi-structured data ingestion
- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the airline industry
