Big Data Business Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute new reports using Python, Power BI, Business Intelligence, and Big Data tools
• Lead digitalization projects at the site level, including data cleansing and user training
• Proactively monitor data integrity and reinforce Master Data Governance
• Implement a Control Tower approach to monitor usage and ensure core processes are respected
• Identify, monitor, and lead changes to improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Liaise between the BPO Manager and the users' network to identify process optimization opportunities
• Support and communicate all future GSI releases and updates while managing changes
• Provide quick responses to local process issues and implement solutions within local processes

Requirements

• Proven experience with GSI and a sound knowledge of operations
• Understanding of RSC Engineering, industrial processes, and Method & Tools (M&T)
• Strong programming skills related to Big Data (AI knowledge is a plus)
• Proficiency in using digitalization tools and Big Data expertise
• Medium-high level of English fluency
• A strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
