Bids and Projects Planning Manager for Turnkey

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for both the tender and execution stages of turnkey projects.
• Analyze schedule management requirements for tenders, including structure and reporting constraints.
• Define and monitor tender preparation schedules to ensure timely submission.
• Highlight critical paths and risks within the project schedule and propose mitigation actions.
• Build project schedules based on internal WBS, contractual targets, and stakeholder data.
• Facilitate synchronization and coordination among all project stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays and prepare regular schedule and progress reports.
• Promote time management practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in project scheduling processes.
• Background in industrial or railway sectors.
• Proficiency in English (high level required).
• Experience working with cross-functional interfaces such as Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multi-cultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Primavera or TILOS.
• Basic knowledge of railway products and sub-systems.
