About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a communication hub for internal teams to support clients and customers
- Generate bid proposals in response to client requests for sales managers
- Develop strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Consult with internal teams and clients on sample design and business issues
- Gather country-specific healthcare data to assist with client targeting and study expectations
- Contact global panel vendors to review specifications, negotiate pricing, and commission projects
- Manage project-related matters including kickoff calls, planning, timelines, and issue resolution
- Conduct research on difficult specifications or diseases to determine feasibility and pricing
Requirements
- Experience in account management or a related profession
- Excellent math, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of budgeting and costing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office 365 or Google Suite
- BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a detail-oriented manner
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience working within the healthcare sector
- Experience with HubSpot CRM software
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and various therapy areas
