Biddable Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other biddable channels.
• Monitor daily campaign performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and scale.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize client objectives.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic optimization recommendations.
• Partner with planning, analytics, and client teams to align execution with broader marketing goals.
• Design and execute testing initiatives across audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding approaches.
• Ensure accurate implementation of tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns within Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into optimization actions.
• Proven experience managing budgets, performance targets, and campaign pacing.
• Familiarity with analytics, attribution, tracking, and measurement principles.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving and media performance.
