Biddable Executive

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end setup of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
• Manage and optimize biddable campaigns to improve performance
• Conduct regular Quality Assurance (QA) checks to ensure best practice standards
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and troubleshooting
• Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports and commentary
• Assist with end-of-campaign reporting and quarterly reviews
• Contribute to client testing plans and execution
• Collaborate with team members on biddable activation and client engagement
• Ensure financial accuracy and reconciliation of spends

Requirements

• Passion for digital marketing, specifically Paid Search and Paid Social
• Developing proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SA360, Skai, TikTok, or Pinterest
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and actionable insights
• Solid understanding of media planning fundamentals like reach and frequency
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Right to work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications

• Current certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Meta Blueprint
