Biddable Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and campaign performance across platforms to ensure clear business impact
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting insights and guiding decision-making
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to improve performance and shape future campaigns
• Drive testing plans and innovation roadmaps to enhance channel effectiveness
• Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy across budgets, tracking, and reporting
• Support and develop team members through clear delegation, guidance, and feedback
• Collaborate across media channels and teams to create integrated, effective strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in paid social strategy and hands-on campaign delivery
• Confidence working directly with clients and communicating complex ideas clearly
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, including budget management
• A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to explore new digital approaches
• Ability to support and develop others while maintaining high professional standards
