Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of large and complex public tenders, from opportunity assessment to final submission
• Plan, coordinate, and drive the entire bid process while aligning cross-functional teams and external partners
• Analyze tender and RFP documentation to ensure consistent, compliant, and competitive bid responses
• Prepare, present, and lead the negotiation of proposed solutions in collaboration with Sales, PreSales, and Product teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid management processes and best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, or Project Management in an enterprise software environment
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with ability to interpret complex tender documents
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to drive alignment across stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
