Bid Manager - Transport Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Lead the response to tenders for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of transport infrastructures, including road, airport, and rail systems.
• Define and develop technical, organizational, and financial solutions for complex bids.
• Manage the entire bid lifecycle, from initial analysis and team assembly to final submission and handover to execution teams.
• Collaborate with legal and financial departments to prepare contract terms, insurance, and financial models.
• Coordinate with internal experts, legal services, and external partners to ensure bid quality and compliance.
• Participate in negotiations with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
• Analyze project risks and contribute to the group's submission governance.
• Conduct post-bid reviews to identify best practices and improve future performance.

Requirements

• Engineering or Business School degree.
• Significant experience in infrastructure operation or maintenance, ideally within transport or mobility services.
• Proven ability to develop business plans, pricing models, and financial projections.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally for periods ranging from a few days to several weeks.
