Bid Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire bid lifecycle from identification and qualification to submission and post-submission analysis
• Collaborate with sales, technical experts, and subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals
• Craft persuasive, well-organized, and technically accurate proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs
• Develop and implement bid strategies aligned with organizational business goals
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of bid documentation and track proposal success rates
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5-10 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in bid management and proposal writing
• Strong understanding of the business development lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
