Bid Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the bidding process for turnkey high-voltage substation solutions, specifically targeting the Data Center market.
• Develop competitive technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Manage the entire bid lifecycle, including preparation, approval processes (LoA), and post-submission follow-up.
• Optimize bidding strategies, including bid/no-bid decisions, pricing, and market positioning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, technical experts, commercial functions, and suppliers.
• Ensure all offers meet quality, compliance, and deadline requirements while maintaining an agile approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in international bid management.
• Experience working within the Data Center or energy sectors.
• Strong priority management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environments.
