About the Company

Our customers operate system-relevant services for Switzerland, requiring the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers (AM/KAM) in administrative processes and system maintenance
- Independently prepare standard offers and provide administrative support for complex bids
- Research and analyze tenders (Simap) and prepare Bid/No-Bid decision bases
- Organize and coordinate the entire bid process, including kick-offs, task distribution, scheduling, and quality assurance
- Create and maintain offer templates and bid documentation
- Create and check calculations in collaboration with AM/KAM using the four-eyes principle
- Ensure that offers are submitted formally, on time, and with high quality
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (Swiss federal diploma or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in administration, ideally in a sales or technical environment
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient in German and good command of English
- Process-oriented working style with high quality awareness
- Independent, reliable, and resilient personality with strong communication skills
