Bid Manager - Nuclear

Responsibilities

• Organize the internal validation process (GO / NO GO)
• Lead the preparation of technical and financial responses in collaboration with project managers and subject matter experts
• Identify technical needs for offer development (safety, quality, purchasing, radiation protection, workshop, assembly, etc.)
• Coordinate interventions of internal or external partners
• Prepare supplier consultations, analyze offers, and contribute to the definition of subcontracting budgets
• Identify project risks and propose associated actions
• Participate in the contractual and legal analysis of sales and purchase conditions
• Consolidate offer pricing (hourly rates, intervention time, gross margin)
• Develop projected cash flow and payment terms
• Ensure proper administrative follow-up of the offer (platforms, Q&A, final submission)

Requirements

• Experience in bid management, pre-project, or project management in the industrial sector
• Ideally experience in the nuclear sector
• Technical knowledge in piping, boilermaking, and/or welding
• Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel (pricing, budget tracking, cash flow)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
