Bid Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial opportunity identification to final submission.
• Develop and implement bid strategies that align with company objectives to increase win rates.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather necessary information and inputs.
• Write, review, and edit high-quality, compelling, and compliant bid proposals.
• Manage bid schedules to ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
• Conduct bid/no-bid assessments and provide strategic recommendations to the Sales Director.
• Analyze bid outcomes and provide feedback to continuously improve future proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related role.
• Proven track record of managing and winning bids in a competitive environment.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in bid management or a related discipline.
• Experience using professional bid management software and tools.
• Deep knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
