Bid Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead bid management activities for Public Safety and Security (PSS) to deliver winning, competitive offers.
• Support the sales team in early bid phases by preparing capture plans, including competitive positioning and industrial organization.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, procurement, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality responses.
• Propose innovative technical solutions that highlight the benefits of PSS products and services.
• Develop pricing strategies and positioning based on a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Manage the bid process according to company standards, including risk management and lessons learned analysis.
• Support sales, legal, and finance departments during the negotiation phase.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in bid response management.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and telecommunications.
• Understanding of software sales models, such as SaaS.
• Professional negotiation-level proficiency in English.
• Eligibility for security clearance.
• Ability to travel with short notice.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a transnational or remote context.
• Ability to synthesize complex situations for various stakeholders.
