Bid & Implementation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality tender responses to strengthen partnership growth opportunities
• Translate tender and implementation requirements into clear deliverables and timelines
• Drive cross-functional engagement to support successful tender and implementation outcomes
• Maintain scalable bid and implementation resources to improve consistency and quality
• Improve tender and implementation processes to increase efficiency and delivery excellence
• Embed governance, risk, and reporting disciplines to support informed decision-making

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar coordination-focused role
• Background in financial services, consulting, or a medium to large organization preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail regarding processes and business requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Clear communication and presentation skills for professional stakeholder engagement
• Confidence working in structured project environments and following governance processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management qualifications
• Exposure to Group Life, superannuation funds, or fund administration
