About the role
Responsibilities
- Write and produce draft documents and bid responses in accordance with company standards
- Manage bid timetables to ensure all deadlines are met and bids are submitted on time
- Review bid documents and pull together previous relevant bids and best practice answers
- Proof and edit colleague's bid response documents for quality and completeness
- Work with Bid Specialists to ensure consistent quality and improve written response effectiveness
- Maintain the central bid library, including filing, meta-tagging, and identifying best practice answers
- Support the management of Contacts and Marketing
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience producing draft bid responses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Experience working with bid portals
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, English, or equivalent experience
- APMP Certification
- Experience with InDesign software
