About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Future Business, Programme, and Capability teams in delivering the end-to-end Bid Process
- Plan and manage activities across various disciplines to identify and deliver bid plans and strategies
- Undertake coordination and administration duties for bidding and work winning activities
- Submit formal responses to tenders, EOIs, pre-qualifications, and vendor portals
- Draft and coordinate proposal responses following best practice bid governance
- Interface with internal business functions including commercial, resource management, and programmes
- Engage with external parties such as partners, subcontractors, academia, and customers
- Contribute to wider corporate tasks including the Global Bidding Hub and ensuring process compliance
Requirements
- Experience in bid coordination or administration
- Ability to manage activities across multiple disciplines
- Strong coordination and planning skills
- Experience with tender submissions and vendor portals
- Ability to work flexibly with diverse teams and stakeholders
