Responsibilities

• Help customers find the perfect bike or tune a ride for travel
• Learn about smart products in the cycling industry
• Make thoughtful product recommendations to customers
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with riders in the community
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service in a fast-paced environment
