Bicycle Retail Technical Sales

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service and a positive guest experience
• Guide customers through a consultative sales process tailored to individual needs
• Align bicycles and accessories with customer goals and preferences
• Accurately size and fit bicycles for optimal comfort and performance
• Collect and document customer information for personalized follow-up
• Build long-term customer relationships through regular communication
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge on bicycles and fitting techniques
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain an organized sales floor
• Assemble car racks and other large accessories
• Communicate inventory needs to the store manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and general computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
