Bibliotecario de Servicios

Responsibilities

• Attend to user services following procedures that ensure access to information resources
• Manage the lending process for all physical library collections
• Address and resolve various user service requests
• Contribute to the preservation and integrity of library collections
• Supervise the physical condition of library spaces and furniture
• Generate and maintain a work plan for library student assistants
• Support the logistics of events organized by the library
• Participate actively in student engagement dynamics
• Promote library events and activities in collaboration with academic departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Digital Resources, or a degree focused on Humanities or Social Sciences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Keynote and Google Apps
• Skills in Design

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in library services
