About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach six periods per day
- Plan and implement religious activities including Bible Camp and the fall week of prayer
- Prepare students for baptism
- Assist in planning worship services and creating a spiritual master plan for the school
- Serve on academy committees and in organizational sponsorships as assigned
- Support the spiritual development of students and assist the principal with other duties
Requirements
- Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing
- NAD Certification for secondary Religion/Bible
- Minimum of three years of classroom or related experience
- M.A. in religion or M.Div preferred (B.A. in Religion/Theology considered with appropriate experience)
