BI Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define and develop interactive Power BI dashboards for business reporting needs
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support in-house created BI dashboards
• Develop Power Apps tools and Power Automate workflows to digitalize and automate FSS processes
• Develop and automate end-user Excel applications and reports using VBA
• Build, test, and deploy RPA bots to streamline repetitive, rule-based business processes
• Create user guides and provide training to business users on Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, and automation tools

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of IT experience related to data warehouse and business intelligence support
• At least 2 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
• Strong working knowledge of large relational databases and SQL programming (MS SQL preferred)
• Expertise in developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and VBA Macros
• Extensive experience in creating analytic and interactive dashboards
• Excellent oral and written command of English
• Ability to work onsite in Makati City

• Business Analysis experience
